Three movements, one night

Dine.
Culinary delights meet weekend beats
Tasty dishes inspired by Nikkei cuisine. A mix of Peruvian and Japanese culinary traditions. Open from Thursday till Sunday at 6pm.

Drink.
Enjoy intimate moments
Not in the mood for dinner? Relax and enjoy our cocktail menu. On Friday and Saturday from 10 pm we offer table service dedicated to drinks — perfect for birthdays, special occasions or simply your own reserved table.

Dance.
Dining transforms into dancing
Every night around 11:30 pm, SoulKitchen transforms from restaurant to club. The volume rises and the beats intensify. Friday and Saturday until 3 am — other days until 12 am, or later if the night is still buzzing.

Soulkitchen is for food lovers who want to enjoy tasty dishes inspired by Nikkei cuisine. A mix of Peruvian and Japanese culinary traditions.
I bring the freshest and bold flavours of Japan and Peru. From mastering the art of sushi to perfecting the art of ceviche and tiraditos. Every dish in my kitchen is a reflection of the techniques I've learned and the flavours I've experienced.
