Culinary delights meet
weekend beats.

Soulkitchen is for food lovers who want to enjoy tasty dishes inspired by Nikkei cuisine. A mix of Peruvian and Japanese culinary traditions.

I bring the freshest and bold flavours of Japan and Peru. From mastering the art of sushi to perfecting the art of ceviche and tiraditos. Every dish in my kitchen is a reflection of the techniques I've learned and the flavours I've experienced.

Chef Alessandro Ledda

SoulKitchen opens Wednesday till Sunday at 6 pm. As the evening progresses, the venue transforms from a restaurant into a lively club setting.
