What will you do?
As a Runner at SoulKitchen Amsterdam, you are responsible for ensuring that the club is clean and the glasses are rinsed, next to that helping out on the VIP bottle service. You play a crucial role in providing smooth and efficient club service.
Your tasks include:
- Prepare your clearing station, bottle service station, and other necessities.
- Ask for help during busy times.
- Clear tables on your way back to avoid returning empty-handed – the golden rule.
- If temporarily idle, clean the Bistro area (glasses/dishwasher/restocking during table service).
- Sort and store empties.
- Clear tables on the way back, full hands in, full hands out.
- Look ahead and prepare for each round, considering what is happening in the kitchen.
- Clean glass ware
- Assisting the bar/club service/bottle service.
- Walking VIP-tables with the bottles or soft-drinks they order.
- Basic operational cleaning tasks

- Master carrying techniques according to protocol.
